1. absoluteoffices.com means Absolute Serviced Offices Ltd registered in England as Company Number 6597537 and registered for VAT No 935 2999 77.
2. Registration is FREE and there are no annual or recurring charges other than commissions earned through successful introductions.
3. Absoluteoffices.com will introduce applicants seeking office space in the area of your buildings. Please acknowledge immediately that each introduction is received and accepted. Accepted introductions resulting in business will give rise to commissions as set out below.
4. Accepted introductions are those introduced ahead of any other agent.
5. If an introduction is rejected owing to a previous introduction by another agent, absoluteoffices.com may in certain circumstances overturn such rejection by arranging viewings and/or negotiating a subsequently completed letting.
6. The standard introductory fees shall be 10% of the fully inclusive Rent/Licence Fee ex VAT for the actual period of the letting, extended to a maximum period of 12 months. This is payable monthly in advance, commencing with the signing of the Agreement and receipt of first payment, be it rent or deposit. In the event of stepped or reviewed Licence Fees during the first 12 months, the commission entitlement shall be 10% of the average received over the period.
7. In the event of a Licensee defaulting on the Agreement during the minimum contracted period or any extension thereof, it will be your responsibility to notify absoluteoffices.com so that billings may cease or be adjusted.
8. Invoices for commission earned are payable within one month of invoice date and interest at 3% over Barclays base rate will be charged in the event of late payment.
9. Information supplied by you will be used for transmission to applicants in order to acquaint them with your product and conditions of letting. We shall use our best endeavours to ensure that there is no misuse of such information but cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused as a result of its misuse by applicants or third parties.
10. absoluteoffices.com reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions at any time in which case the amendments will be notified on our website.
